Completed the turnaround and rebuilding of this private equity-owned designer and manufacturer of satellite earth station, radar and HF antennas and systems. Restructured and rebuilt the management team and operating divisions and guided the company through a period of limited liquidity. Significantly grew revenue, reversed losses and generated a $8.5 million positive EBITDA swing in under two years.

 

President of Trusonic, Inc.

Recruited to turnaround, rebuild and lead this digital media company. Built a new management team, refocused sales and marketing efforts and drove a rapid revenue increase. Achieved over 34% revenue growth, 30% EBITDA improvement and a 350% increase in contract backlog in eighteen months, and enabled the parent company’s successful IPO as the only revenue-producing division.

 

President & CEO of Juke Systems, Inc.

Led development of ICE First™ - from concept to commercial availability in 8 months. First to market with an industry-leading mobile software application that is now part of the Microsoft HealthVault™ platform. Successful sale of the software platform to a leading EHR/PHR software company. Through the company's consulting practice, served as acting CEO for another technology services company and reversed a $1.5 million operating loss, enabling its sale.

 

President & CEO of InSight Telecommunications Corporation

Grew revenue from start-up to $17 million in three years. Became a major content delivery company for NBC, MLB, ESPN, Spelling Entertainment, DishNetwork, Bell Canada and others. Generated shareholder ROI of over 1400% over 6-year time frame.

 

Executive Vice President of Globecast (France Telecom)

Turned around a $105 million division and drove $24 million in new revenue. Reversed a $10 million loss in one year.

 

Vice President, Sales of Vyvx / Global Access

Drove $37 million increase in revenues in 18 months. Enabled sale of the company at a 6X EBITDA multiple.
